Lead Credit Policy
Last Updated: August 26, 2026
At InjuryClaimSoutions.com, we believe that our clients should only pay for leads that are genuine opportunities. While not every lead is perfect, we strive to offer an industry-best return process under specific criteria.
Requesting credit for leads is simple. Email info@injuryclaimsoutions.com with the lead details and the reason for your request. Once a request is submitted, you will receive an email confirming receipt. After review, we will notify you of the credit decision. Our goal is to resolve all properly submitted requests quickly, with credit decisions issued within 5–7 business days of submission.
The following lead criteria will be credited
Incorrect contact information: The information belongs to a different person and is not connected to the accident victim listed.
Disconnected or invalid numbers: For example, numbers such as 123-456-7891, or numbers that are no longer in service.
Duplicate lead: The lead delivered was previously delivered by InjuryClaimSoutions.com for the same task category within the last 30 days.
Solicitation / testing: The lead was submitted by a third party attempting to solicit services, not a real accident victim.
Out of service area: The lead is outside the specified radius in miles, counties, or other agreed geographic criteria.
The following requests are not eligible for credit
The request criteria outlined below are not eligible for credit as they are outside the control of InjuryClaimSoutions.com:
You did not win the case / the client chose another attorney.
The client changes their mind after submitting a valid request.
The client is "shopping" or seeking multiple consultations.
The client cannot qualify due to affordability concerns.
The lead came from another lead generation company.
The client was already in your CRM before receiving the lead.
The client has a valid case; however, they are not ready to proceed immediately.
The client is unresponsive or does not reply to calls/texts.
The lead is reported for credit after the allowed reporting period.
The lead request reason does not match this Lead Credit Policy.
The client provides information that contradicts the credit request.
We reserve the right to reverse credits if new information contradicts a previously approved credit.
Timing of Returns
Inbound Call Leads: Must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt.
Standard Leads: Must be requested within 8 business days of receipt.
Exceptions
We recognize no policy is perfect. If you believe your situation qualifies for review outside the criteria above, please contact us for further assistance.
